Now that summer vacation time has here, all I want is to sit by the water, sip a refreshing drink, and take a sleep on the sand, beachwear. It has been a significant amount of time since I have simply lain on a beach and soaked in the sun. Recently, I’ve had a desire for a little vacation.
Here are some fantastic options for beachwear that you may wear over the top of your swimsuit if you are planning on going to a beach or even a pool in the near future. Including airy cover-up dresses such as kimonos, caftans, and shirtdresses, as well as sarongs and skirts that are simple and easy to wear. Don’t forget to bring your sunglasses, a sunscreen with a high SPF rating, and a lovely beach bag to carry everything in.
What to Put On While You’re at the Beach!!
COVER-UP DRESSES, KIMONOS AND CAFTANS
When I go to the beach, my go-to dress is one that is light and airy. They are simple to put on and may be worn before you go on beaches with Beachwear. There is such a wide variety of choices available to choose from, regardless of whether you want a caftan, kimono, or button-front dress. Cover-up dresses are notorious for being quickly destroyed by sunscreen, which is why I try to avoid spending a lot of money on them.
SHORTS, SKIRTS AND SARONGS
When I go to the beach, I almost always wear denim shorts and a white linen button-down shirt. I just can’t help myself. My go-to shorts are denim, but linen shorts are also a fantastic option because they are breathable and comfortable.
They are also great for matching with one-piece swimsuits, which will make your outfit seem more put together and leave you with fewer things to worry about. Simply slip them on, and you will have the ideal attire. The same is true with a straightforward skirt or sarong. The fact that it does not require much manipulation on your part is really convenient.
HAT
Wearing a hat is almost always a smart idea, whether you want to do so to make a fashionable statement or to shield your eyes and skin from the harmful effects of the sun. It’s important to me that my hat fits snugly on my head and won’t fly off in the wind. However, if you carry a hat, it completely changes the game. Your hat will remain safe and will be linked to your luggage, removing the need for you to take it with you. Whenever I bring my hat with me on a trip, I never go with this.
SUNGLASSES
No matter where I go, I always make sure to have a pair of sunglasses with me. In most situations, you can find me donning my Karen Walker Harvest sunglasses. On the other hand, when I go to the beach with Beachwear, I always make sure to bring along something that isn’t very expensive and that I’m not too attached to in the event that it is damaged by the sand or the water. The following are some of our most recommended and cost-effective sunglasses; feel free to toss them in your luggage without a second thought.
SANDALS
When it comes to a sandal for the beach, I want one that allows me to just slide my foot in and be done with it. In addition, comfort is essential. I’m not a huge fan of flip-flops, but a good leather slide is my go-to shoe for the summer. These are perfect for taking to the beach, as well as wearing with any of your other beach clothes while you are away.
BEACH BAGS
I never leave home without one of my two beach bags. This large jute bag has the capacity to carry absolutely EVERYTHING, and it also works well as a carryall for the day. A beach bag must be roomy and capacious enough to accommodate all of the contents, including a towel, sunscreen, a book, and various snacks.
BEACH OUTFIT IDEAS
Everyone has a unique look that they choose to wear to the beach. Therefore, in order to get you excited about your trip to the beach, here are some suggestions that you might consider doing there. From very girly items to timeless trends and suggestions for more laid-back beachwear. No matter which way you decide to travel, just be sure to bring along some sun protection and a nice straw hat.
A TRADITIONAL SARONG
The finishing touch is a straightforward sarong draped over either a one-piece or two-piece bathing suit. It is timeless, and uncomplicated, and offers a wide variety of prints from which to select. Choose a single colour or a stripe for a timeless and simple look.
You may also go for a daring colour or print if you want to inject some personality into your beach look. When you’re wearing a two-piece bikini, my preference is for a sarong since it gives you more flexibility in determining how much of your body you want to cover. You may wear a sarong as a dress by simply tying it around your natural waist and even across your chest as well. This can be done with ease.
MAXI DRESSES
When you want to avoid the sun’s harmful rays but yet keep your body covered, a stunning maxi dress is a way to go. In addition to that, you can simply take them from the beach to lunch or supper in a pinch. Additionally, it is offered in a few other hues. Put it on as a coverup before going to the beach, and then put it on again before having lunch outside. The consummate complement to the contents of your bag.
LINEN BUTTON DOWN
White linen is an absolute must for the beach, and this requirement applies to everything from button-down shirts to button-down dresses and everything in between. When I am getting ready to step out into the sun, I always grab this item first.
It is easy to move in, has a pleasant breeze, can be dried off quickly if it becomes wet, and has a timeless design. If you decide to go the shirt way, beachwear a full outfit may be achieved by adding a hat and pairing the shirt with denim shorts. If you select a dress made of linen with buttons along the front, all you need to finish the look is a great sandal.
